Startalk International is the brainchild of David Boswell and Nicco Eastwood from the Sheffield based electronic duo Hiem. Startalk International is not only an occasional home for Hiem music, but also a platform for other forward thinking artsits with a quirky slant towards the leftfield of modern contempory electronic dance music.
