- Tbilisi party Bassiani has unveiled its upcoming winter programme.
The winter programme for Tbilisi club night Bassiani has been announced.
Bassiani debuted in Tbilisi in October 2014. Under the direction of local promoters INPUT, it hosted a variety of big-name internationals over the following months, quickly cementing its place as of the region's key house and techno events. Bassiani's 2015-2016 season is looking even bigger, with 14 parties locked in between now and February. To cap things off, organisers have installed a Funktion-One Dance Stack in their current warehouse venue—Georgia's first.
The season's next party will be a Max_M tribute night on October 24th, soundtracked by the recently passed DJ's close friends Fabrizio Lapiana and Freddy K (Max_M had played for the promoters numerous times). Parisian techno up-and-comer Antigone is locked in for October 30th, followed by Tripeo on November 6th and a Giegling showcase featuring Konstantin and ATEQ on November 13th. Frankfurt club Robert Johnson lands on November 21st, represented by Roman Flügel and Oliver Hafenbauer. Cio D'Or rounds out the month with a set on November 27th.
December gets underway with a set from Xhin on the 5th, followed by one of the season's highlights: an MDR label night with Marcel Dettmann, Answer Code Request and Anthony Parasole on the 11th. Christmas Day will be a locals-only affair, with Gacha, Oimactta, HVL and Kozmana confirmed. Ostgut Ton takes over on New Year's Eve, sending along Tobias. and Etapp Kyle. The remainder of the season will host sets from Cassegrain (January 2nd), Shackleton (January 16th) and a Lobster Theremin session with Route 8 (January 22nd). Northern Electronics, our September label of the month, wraps-up the season on February 5th with sets from Abdulla Rashim and Varg.
