  • Shed will touch down in London later this month for a headlining performance at Cable. René Pawlowitz has been one of the driving forces in Berlin's contemporary techno scene during the past few years, infusing elements of hardcore, breakbeat, dubstep and ambient into his idiosyncratic production style. The influence of all of these genres can be heard on his recently released sophomore LP, The Traveller, and following on from his album launch party at Berghain, Pawlowitz will head to the English capital for his second and final celebration of the record's release. Joining him in Cable's main room on Saturday 11th September will be two other producers who have embraced both techno and dubstep. Shed will play live, while both A Made Up Sound (who is generally more known for his work as 2562 on the Tectonic imprint) and Surgeon will DJ on the night. The second room caters more overtly to fans of bass music, with Bristol's Punch Drunk imprint taking the helm. Label owner Peverelist will headline proceedings, and he'll be bringing along Guido and recent collaborator Hyetal for the ride. Tickets for Shed's album launch are now available to purchase directly from RA Tickets.
