- The collection brings together highly sought after dub techno tracks, all of which were previously available only on vinyl.
Mysterious dub techno veteran JS Zeiter will release a collection of his own productions later this month.
Little is known about JS Zeiter, aside from the fact that he's a Mancunian producer who released a handful of elegant dub techno 12-inches in the late '90s, went silent for 10 years or so then suddenly reappeared in 2010. The portion of his catalog that's garnered the most mystique (and sold for the most cash second-hand) is the initial string of untitled EPs he released on his own label, JS, and it's these productions that are collected on JSCD01 (along with his 2010 come back record, JS-04). The compilation marks the first time any of these tracks are available on a format other than vinyl. It will be limited to a run of 300 copies.
