- The duo will start their own label with two free EPs followed by an album.
Walls have announced details of the first three releases on their new Ecstatic label.
The first three releases on the label will come from Not Waving, a new alias of Alessio Natalizia, one half of Walls alongside Sam Willis. First up are two free EPs: Double Blind is available now from the label's Bandcamp page, while Ability To Gain Access will follow on April 8th. These will be followed by a Not Waving album, Umwelt, due out May 6th. A press release says Natalizia's new project is inspired by "80s weird Italian electronica, Manuel Göttsching, Peter Bauman, This Heat [and] Ike Yard." To herald the label's launch, Walls have compiled a mix featuring cuts from Kassem Mosse, Mike Dunn and Silent Servant among others, which you can stream in full over at the Ecstatic SoundCloud page.
