- Veronica Vasicka's label has revealed details of its latest reissue.
Minimal Wave will release an album from DZ Lectric and Anthon Shield called Lickin'.
The latest French act to appear on Veronica Vasicka's label (others include Philippe Laurent and In Aeternam Vale) put out a string of industrial, synth pop and coldwave tapes during the '80s. All eight tracks on Lickin' are taken from the duo's 1985 cassette-only release, Confessions D’Un Masque, which came out through Bordeaux label DMA2. The material, which is described in a press releases as "ritualistic minimal electronics," has been remastered from the original reel-to-reel tapes.
