Soul Control kicks off at The Spice Cellar

- Ben Fester and Preacha will host Friday nights at the Sydney club.
- Sydney club The Spice Cellar will introduce Soul Control, a new weekly Friday party starting October 10th. For the past two years, Spice's regular Friday party Soft & Slow has been pushing the deeper shades of house and disco, hosting many of the country's key purveyors of the sound including Tornado Wallace, Andy Hart and Otologic. Local stalwarts and regular DJ partners Ben Fester (of Heavenly and Astral People) and Preacha (of Low Motion) are poised to take Soul Control down a similar but broader musical path, ranging from funk, soul and disco to house and techno. The first month will see Fester and Preacha playing all night back-to-back sets on October 10th and 24th, while Mad Racket resident Simon Caldwell and RA's Andy Webb will guest on the 17th and 31st respectively.
