Fox Cabaret lines up gigs with Tanner Ross, Sarah Davachi

- A host of all-locals nights are also in store for the Vancouver venue in March.
- Fox Cabaret has outlined the rest of its March schedule. The porn theatre turned music venue in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant neighbourhood has been focusing more and more on electronic music lately, recently hosting nights with Objekt, Hyperdub and Andy Stott. Among some of March's calendar highlights are Tanner Ross headlining tomorrow night, Sun City Girls' Sir Richard Bishop on the 26th and synth head Sarah Davachi celebrating the release of her new Barons Court album—which comes via RA's most recent label of the month, Students Of Decay—on Saturday evening. There's a handful of all-locals nights in store too, including the return of the grime, dancehall and rap-focused SHOCKOUT! night on the 20th, a new ambient series called Offset that goes down tonight, and on the 21st, a two-room takeover of the entire venue by Genero that includes sets from Jayda G, D. Tiffany, DJ Silk, Myte and more. The Fox's smaller Projection Room is also going strong. It'll host an Art Of Beatz 11-year celebration on Friday and local boogie hero Niña Mendoza on Saturday, along with a showcase for experimental label More Than Human and sessions from Black Dolphin Disco Club and DJ D.Dee.
