The Amsterdam spot will throw a series of parties to celebrate its milestone.
Amsterdam club Studio 80 will celebrate ten years of operation with a string of parties over the next two weeks.
Studio 80 is one of Amsterdam's key spots for house and techno. It's generally open Wednesday through Saturday each week, hosting a mixture of local and international headliners. The upcoming celebrations begin with a locals-only night on Thursday, July 2nd, hosting Boris Werner, Bert Jimmink and others from 11 PM. The following two nights will see Helena Hauff, Tolouse Low Trax, Tevo Howard touch down for slots, capped off by an afternoon-into-evening food and drinks session on Sunday.
The remaining birthday events will be held from Monday, July 6th through Saturday the 11th. Highlights include a Steve Rachmad all-night slot on the 9th, David Vunk on the 10th and a grand finale with Eric Cloutier and Milton Bradley on the 11th.
This news comes soon after Studio 80 was granted permission to extend their Friday and Saturday night opening times, making it one of just a few Amsterdam venues with regular extended opening hours.
