- The Downwards duo will head to Brooklyn to play the Bossa Nova residency later this month.
Talker will perform live for the Industry of Machines party at Bossa Nova Civic Club on Saturday, October 24th.
Talker is the duo of Chicago-based artists Karl Meier and Jonathan Krohn, who released their debut album last year via Regis' Downwards imprint. It's a fitting booking for Industry of Machines, the monthly residency that centers around more industrial shades of techno and emphasizes live, often hardware-based performances. Meier is also billed for a DJ set alongside Bossa regular R. Gamble and BWO, representing the like-minded Baltimore party Vague Output.
