The Berlin-based American will hit the East Coast next weekend.
AYBEE will play Toronto for the first time, plus a gig in New York, next weekend.
Armon Bazile started off producing soulful beats in Oakland, but by the time he moved to Berlin he was an established purveyor of spaced-out deep house (as well as more experimental sounds). He runs the Deepblak label, and has also appeared on Further, Underground Quality and Sounds Of The Universe. He hasn't had many gigs on home turf in a while—his last visit was May, and they're generally few and far between beyond that.
On Friday, December 18th, Bazile make his maiden voyage to Toronto, where he'll headline Chord VII at 76a Geary, a bigger space than originally planned. There, he'll supported by Darand Land. The night after, AYBEE will fly over to New York for Blkmarket Membership's party celebrating the first release on their new label. Residents Taimur & Fahad are on hand for that one along with Makam.
Looking ahead, Bazile will hang around the states for a New Year's Eve gig in DC, going down at Dance Loft On 14th. Check out a recent mix below.
Tickets for Toronto, New York and DC are available on RA.
