- The three sessions will take place at Robinson S.P.A.C.E. this Sunday, April 23rd.
Resident Advisor is hosting harm reduction workshops in LA this weekend.
In collaboration with drug safety non-profit End Overdose, the free, in-person sessions will take place at Robinson S.P.A.C.E. on Sunday, April 23rd.
Scheduled for 1 PM, 2 PM and 3 PM, the three sessions will equip participants with the necessary knowledge to notice and prevent fatal overdoses and test for unwanted drug substances. Free lunch will be provided on the day, along with take-home harm reduction kits containing Narcan and Fentanyl test strips.
Last year, End Overdose trained 111,503 individuals and 96 organisations on how to identify and respond to an opioid overdose. The initiative also distributed 51,594 doses of naloxone and 130,135 fentanyl test strips.
