- Part of On a Bridge by Halogen Vs Nash T follows the Powerplant and Original mixes with mixes from 2 solid sets of artists. Blue Haze and Blueroomproject have definitely proven their worth as solid producers in the last year or so, and we see here what these lads are capable of when they take on this vocal stormer.
The Blue Haze Daydream mix sees Mick Burns put his trademark melodic touches to the release. Smooth summer melodies ring in the first half with a deep baseline as the track builds nicely. The vocal line comes into the track shortly after the main breakdown, and they fit nicely with the smooth Blue Haze sound. The track also features a very tasty breakdown deep into the production which sees some nice string patterns intertwine with the vocal to create a delightful summer moment.
The Blueroomproject Mix sees the track go back into a breakbeat shape, and it showcases the unique sound that BRP have been associated with in their past productions. The original baseline sees subtle appearances in this remix, and the vocal gets tripped down to effected cuts and loops. The major breakdown midway sees a nice melodic pattern come to play that continues well into the beats that come back into the production.
A pretty solid remix package this one from two artists that are in pretty solid form from last year.
