- A ghost train of electronic pop from the peerless London artist.
- By constantly assuming new forms and deconstructing everything we thought we knew about alt-pop, Klein has become a staple of London's experimental scene. Her storytelling approach to composition has proven irresistible, captivating the music community after only a few releases. Now, the South Londoner has teamed up with Caroline Polachek to deliver yet another intricate tale.
"No More Shubz" is an ode to the tides of a year we collectively lost. The track begins in a whirlwind of emotion. Klein's delicate vocals mourn lost love over searching guitars before the instrumental freezes over and the guitars distort, transporting us into a cold industrial haze. Despite a sense of despair, ethereal synths unfold beneath the chaos, offering the possibility of light at the end of a long tunnel.
