- DJ Richard is an alchemist, turning indie rock into fierce drum & bass.
- I'm not sure what to make of this sudden upload by DJ Richard, other than that it's extremely good. It's a remix of a track from American band Angels In America, taken from a 2019 re-release of an album originally put out in 2015. DJ Richard goes moody drum & bass for this one, a far cry from the original's shambolic indie rock—one of the only clear elements from the original are the vocals, which sound alien and stretched out over the rolling basslines and uncoiling breaks. And, being DJ Richard, it's engineered to a tee—a reminder of his constant production mastery, even in the unlikeliest of scenarios.
